Refund Policy
Replacement and refund terms for Rex Store digital purchases.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, a purchase is final after successful delivery.
A refund may be considered if a file is defective, a link cannot be accessed, or the delivered item does not match the order and support cannot provide a replacement within 24 hours.
Promotional campaigns
A campaign that has started cannot be cancelled solely because the buyer changes their mind or supplied an incorrect URL.
If verified results do not match the order, Rex Store will investigate and prioritize reprocessing. Any further remedy depends on that investigation and the applicable terms.
Reporting an issue
Contact support within three days of purchase and provide the order number, purchase email, issue description, and relevant evidence.
Never send sensitive financial information such as a PIN or OTP, or any password.
Resolution process
Rex Store first prioritizes repairing access or replacing the product. If no solution can be provided, a refund is processed according to the payment provider terms.
The time required for funds to arrive depends on the bank or payment provider.
