Information we collect

Rex Store collects information required for transactions and support, including name, email, WhatsApp number, order details, and payment status.

Google sign-in is limited to the basic profile information approved by the user.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Rex Store uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API to measure page use, product visits, checkout progress, and verified purchases.

Analytics data may include page time and URL, event identifiers used for deduplication, device or connection information, and available analytics cookies. Email and phone data sent through Meta Conversions API is normalized and SHA-256 hashed on the server.

Meta access tokens stay on the server. Rex Store does not send PINs, OTPs, passwords, digital product contents, or card details to analytics services.

How information is used

Information is used to process orders, deliver products, provide requested services, prevent abuse, support buyers, and meet operational obligations.

Offers and guides are sent only when the buyer selects the optional marketing consent during checkout. The consent time is retained as evidence.

Rex Store does not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Access to information is restricted and the site uses HTTPS. Sensitive payment information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by Rex Store as card data.

Information is retained only as needed for transactions, support, security, and applicable record-keeping duties.

Your rights and questions

You may request correction or deletion of information that is no longer required by contacting support. Identity verification may be required.
